1- buyer need to have open ready escrow to buy 3B boxes
2- the buyer escrow attorney or officer or company need to issue Markap tekstil ve danışmanlık a.ş. Escrow confirmed letter. The letter needs to say that our client has xxxx billion USD in our escrow account and Our client ready and willing to buy 3 billion boxes (Cranberry Evolve 300 pieces box) from Markap Tekstil ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.
3. After Markap verified this confirmed letter with the Cranberry attorney Markap will send POL documents to the buyer (SGS report, BOL, some supporting documents)
4. After the buyer make the verification with the Cranberry attorney or whoever who want about the documents send by the seller the buyer have to open the escrow
5. Buyer will make the agreement with the SGS to make the 2.SGS (if they want)
6. After the SGS report approved by the buyer the money must be released
Then the buyer will take the products from the warehouse
